Today I returned to my local Bras N Things store, I was bringing a bra back to show staff - the under-wire had come through on both sides, in spite of my careful efforts at hand washing. I really wasn’t expecting to be able to return the bra, as I've had it nearly a year. I just wanted advice on what I did wrong and what was another good bra. The service could not have been more helpful. Not only did she tell me that I could exchange the bra, but she helped me find a good replacement, and ordered one in a colour I wanted. I would like to thank you for having a store policy that allowed me to exchange my bra, and to commend her for her wonderful service and good nature. She made shopping there (even with my 2-year old!) a pleasure.

I would like to pass on my thanks to Rebecca who helped me purchase 2 bras this morning. I find it hard to find comfortable bras being a 14F-G and Rebecca made it very easy, finding the correct size which differed between makes. I have been wearing one of my new bras since lunchtime and can't believe how much more comfortable I am feeling. Please ensure my gratitude is passed onto Rebecca and I encourage her to keep up the great work.

I just want to say what a wonderful helpful person you have managing your Indooroopilly store. I had a lot of trouble as usual fitting myself with a suitable bra, she helped me enormously I have never felt so truly cared for in a bra shop.
