Bonus

ALL team members have the opportunity to earn a cash incentive based on their store achieving sales performance targets (KPIs) as well as the team member achieving their individual sales target. This is a quarterly incentive. The amount of the incentive increases in relation to the turnover of the store.

Promotions and Prizes

Bras N Things runs different promotional events throughout the year. Team Members are rewarded for great results with exciting prizes. Our Christmas incentive was based on who could sell the most slippers and the winners went to the USA – all expenses paid. Other rewards have included trips to the Playboy Mansion in the USA, a Fiji Holiday, make overs, movie tickets and most importantly a big "Thank you" from the team at Bras N Things.
